Working on the Official Commentary

Professor Sir Roy Goode QC is working on the third edition of the Official Commentary on the Luxembourg Rail Protocol. To assist with this, the Rail Working Group has established an ad-hoc task force to give him industry feedback and to ensure that the interpretation of the Protocol matches, as far as possible, practical considerations in the rail and finance industries. We are delighted that a number of distinguished professors have joined our task force and you can see its current membership here.
