Talking Rail in Oman

Special guest speaker H.E. Salim bin Mohammed al Nuaimi, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Communications addresses The Second Oman Transport Infrastructure Summit, which took place in Muscat between 10th and 12th September 2012. The event was supported by the Rail Working Group and the Group’s Chairman, Howard Rosen, chaired the first day of the conference and also took a workshop on rail finance.
