Space Protocol Adopted

The Space Protocol to the Cape Town Convention was adopted as a diplomatic conference in Berlin last Friday, 9th March 2012. This completes the initial three protocols anticipated at Cape Town in 2001.
The Rail Working Group was represented throughout the conference as an observer.
