RWG Publishes two new Briefing Papers

The RWG has now published two new papers on How the Rail Registry will work and the Industry Perspective on the Luxembourg Protocol summarising the presentations made by its chairman Howard Rosen at the Information Session for Prospective Bidders to run the International Registry, which took place at Unidroit’s offices in Rome on February 25th, 2010.
