RWG back in Dar

RWG chairman Howard Rosen chaired the first day of the 4th East & Central Roads & Rail Infrastructure Summit 20 – 21 August 2013 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Mr Rosen also gave a presentation on “Financing Railway Rolling Stock and Rail Infrastructure”. Among the key speakers were, the Hon.
