Luxembourg Protocol to be presented at UN ECA event

RWG chair Howard Rosen will be presenting the Luxembourg Rail Protocol as part of a seminar entitled “Railway rolling stock financing: A new solution for Africa” on 13th May in Addis Ababa. This event is part of the UN Economic Commission for Africa Annual Conference of African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development which is taking place between 11th and 15th May.
