Legal Advisory Panel

The implementation and operation of the Protocol will raise legal issues from time to time, so the RWG has established a group of legal experts to work with UNIDROIT and the Preparatory Commission/Supervisory Authority on regulations and procedures, to give guidance to the industry on legal points, and to act as a resource for the Registrar. It will also gradually develop guidance notes and standard clauses for use by practitioners.
