Addleshaw Goddard (AG) joins the Rail Working Group
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has joined rail industry association, Rail Working Group (RWG) the not-for-profit rail industry association which is helping to facilitate the financing of much needed new train fleets globally.
The (RWG) was established to represent the position of the rail industry relating to the adoption and implementation of the 2007 Luxembourg Rail Protocol – a global treaty to create a worldwide legal framework to enable and support private sector investment in railway rolling stock. It has a growing worldwide membership of key rail stakeholders including rail operators, rolling stock owners and operators, manufacturers and professional services organisations.
The specialist rail team at AG advises clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, advising public and private sector clients on a wide variety of railway schemes including the development of new railways, passenger concessions, rolling stock leases, ticketing and fares, rail freight and railway regulations.
