The RWG sets up Emerging Markets Task Force.

The RWG has established a special group to focus on the way that the Luxembourg Rail Protocol can assist railway enterprises in emerging markets. In due course the Emerging Markets Task Force will develop its own programme of promotion and advisory activities.
