UIC legal workshop discusses the Luxembourg Protocol

Lawyers from a number of member railways attended a UIC legal workshop organised in Paris to discuss the Cape Town Convention and the Luxembourg Rail Protocol thereto. Amongst the presenters were Professor Herbert Kronke, the Secretary General of Unidroit, Gustav Kafka from OTIF and Howard Rosen and Bruno Poulain from the Rail Working Group.
