Luxembourg Protocol presented at CIT Annual “Berner Tage” Conference

On 29th November, RWG Chairman, Howard Rosen, presented an overview of the Luxembourg Protocol to delegates at this Conference and also delivered a detailed paper on the thinking behind the Public Service Exemption in the Protocol:
