The undersigned stakeholder associations highlight
the important need for investment in transport infrastructure. In
the TEN-T Guidelines, the European Parliament and Member States have
agreed on a policy that is to guide decisions as to which transport
projects should receive funding as a matter of priority.

Over the past few weeks the Protocol has been adopted

EU Parliament votes for the Luxembourg Protocol
The European Parliament’s Plenary on Tuesday adopted
the Recommendation on the draft Council decision on the approval,
on behalf of the European Union, of the ‘Protocol to the Convention
on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters specific
to Railway Rolling Stock’.
